AAA Northeast seeks a Salesforce Developer III to design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions supporting business objectives. This senior technical lead will mentor teams and own ALM, including deployments and best practices, with a focus on Field Service Lightning architecture and integration.

The role starts remotely with an in-person onboarding at our Providence, RI office, and requires occasional onsite presence for team events and kickoff meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field required.
• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience including Field Service knowledge.
• Strong understanding of security, scalability, and performance considerations.

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions including Apex, Flows, and LWC.
• Collaborate with admins to validate requirements and platform considerations.
• Mentor development teams and lead technical delivery and ALM processes.
• Prepare releases using CI/CD tools and manage deployments across environments.
• Maintain code quality, documentation, and test coverage; pursue relevant Salesforce certifications.
