The role combines hands-on development with architectural leadership, mentoring junior engineers, and partnering with IT and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive Salesforce design and development experience.
• Experience mentoring development teams and leading technical delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, customize, and deploy Salesforce CRM solutions for insurance business processes.
• Develop and maintain client unification solutions including deduplication and master data stewardship.
• Integrate MDM and data governance technologies with Salesforce and enterprise systems.
• Mentor junior Salesforce developers and support cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead complex integrations between Salesforce and core insurance systems (Policy Admin, rating, claims).
• Ensure performance, security, data integrity, and compliance of the CRM platform.
• Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational guides.
• Stay current with Salesforce advancements and data governance trends.
