Job summary

HCLTech seeks a Salesforce Technical Lead to design, develop, and implement enterprise Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in California. You will lead solution architecture, mentor teams, and ensure scalable, secure applications.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, and CRM processes, plus hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Aura/LWC, and Visualforce as needed.
• Experience designing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and GraphQL.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and technical design for Salesforce implementations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical specifications.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and QA teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Manage deployments and CI/CD with Copado, Jenkins, Git, and Bitbucket.
