Job summary

Motion Recruitment Partners LLC seeks a Senior Salesforce Administrator/Developer to drive large-scale Salesforce initiatives for a public-sector client in Massachusetts. The role requires a strong architecture mindset, OmniStudio, LWC, Apex, and Experience Cloud expertise, plus integration work using REST/SOAP APIs.

You will balance configuration and development, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, and help shape platform design and long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on OmniStudio experience.
• Experience with LWC, Apex, and Experience Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external apps via REST/SOAP.
• Experience with CI/CD, SFDX, and Git.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Build complex solutions using OmniStudio, Apex, and LWC.
• Maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
• Support Salesforce architecture and long-term platform strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, and accessibility.
