Arkhya Tech Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical/Solution Architect to lead architecture and delivery of compliant Health Cloud solutions for Pharmaceuticals, focusing on Patient Services.

You will design scalable, secure patient-centric architectures covering onboarding, enrollment, therapy orchestration, adherence, adverse event management and personalized engagement. The role requires 10+ years in Salesforce with 4–5 years as an architect, deep Health Cloud expertise,

Formación

10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud (must-have).
Deep knowledge of OmniStudio components.
Certified path: CTA or Application/ System Architect.
Life Sciences Cloud / OmniStudio certifications ideal.
Experience with Security & Sharing configurations (OWD, Sharing Rules, Profiles).
Knowledge of Veeva CRM and integration patterns.

Responsabilidades

Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud deployments.
Design robust patient data models and patient journeys using Unified Patient Record and Life Sciences data models.
Architect patient services capabilities including benefits verification, therapy orchestration, adherence programs, pharmacovigilance, copay/savings programs, and patient portals.
