Smart IT Frame LLC is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical/Solution Architect to lead architecture and delivery of complex, compliant Patient Services solutions in the Pharmaceutical industry, with a primary focus on PSP.
The role centers on designing scalable, secure patient journeys spanning onboarding, enrollment, therapy orchestration, adherence, adverse event management, and personalized engagement, leveraging Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with at least 4–5 years in a Technical/Solution Architect role.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud (must-have).
- Strong knowledge of OmniStudio (Vlocity) components.
- Certifications: CTA or Application/ System Architect path; Life Sciences Cloud / OmniStudio certifications; Service Cloud Consultant; Platform Developer I & II.
Responsabilités
- Lead the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud in Pharma.
- Design robust patient data models and patient journeys across PSP programs.
- Drive security, data governance, CI/CD practices, and stakeholder alignment.
