Job summary

Katzion a GlobalLogic Company in San Francisco invites a Senior Salesforce Functional Consultant to join our AI and multi-cloud initiative. You will design scalable Salesforce solutions, map business processes, and drive adoption of Salesforce AI features.

You will lead discovery workshops, translate requirements into Epics, configure across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, oversee releases, and mentor junior consultants while staying ahead of Salesforce updates.

Qualifications

7+ years as Salesforce Functional Consultant/BA/Architect with end-to-end impl experience across industries.
Deep functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Practical understanding of Salesforce AI tools (Agentforce/Einstein) and declarative automation (Flow).
Certifications in Sales/Service Cloud, Admin, Platform App Builder, or AI Specialist are preferred.

Responsibilities

AI & Solution Advisory: guide stakeholders on Salesforce best practices and AI capabilities to optimize operations.
Requirements & Process Mapping: run discovery, translate requirements into Epics/user stories, map optimized workflows.
Solution Architecture & Configuration: design and configure scalable solutions across Sales, Service, Experience Clouds using Flow.
Delivery & Change Management: oversee UAT, releases, and drive user adoption and ROI.
Team Leadership: mentor junior consultants, standardise documentation, stay ahead of Salesforce releases.
