Job summary

Guardian is seeking a Lead Salesforce Engineer to drive FSC-driven Salesforce implementations and integrations. You will design data models, build with Apex and LWC, and manage deployments with Copado and CI/CD, guiding onshore and offshore teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

You will work in a hybrid setup supporting complex data migrations and governance while staying current with Salesforce innovations to improve productivity and advisor experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce Implementation experience, preferably FSC.
• Proven experience leading large-scale Salesforce implementations or CRM transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and configuration tools.
• Design and implement Salesforce data models including FSC capabilities.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and platform events.
• Apply architectural best practices, bulkification, and governor-limit optimization.
• Mentor distributed development teams (onshore/offshore and vendors).
