Job summary

Guardian Life seeks a senior Salesforce developer to deliver end-to-end solutions. You will design data models (including Person Accounts), build Apex/LWC solutions, and create robust integrations using REST/SOAP while optimizing governor limits.

You will drive deployments with Copado and CI/CD, mentor teams, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to modernize CRM capabilities.

Qualifications

• This role requires hands-on Salesforce development and enterprise integration.
• Experience with FSC is preferred, including data models and security.
• Strong governance, data migration, and DevOps exposure are important.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows and configuration.
• Develop data models, including Person Accounts and related FSC structures.
• Integrate with REST/SOAP APIs and other enterprise systems.
• Apply best practices, performance tuning, and governor limit management.
• Lead deployments with Copado, CI/CD, and Git workflows.
• Mentor distributed development teams and partners.
