High Trail, Inc. seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer with hands-on Financial Services Cloud expertise to lead technical delivery and collaborate with product owners.

The role focuses on designing scalable FSC solutions, coding with Apex and LWC, integrating with core banking systems, and ensuring robust security and governance within an Agile team. You will mentor teammates, drive best practices, and participate in code reviews and CI/CD processes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Direct experience with Financial Services Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, trigger frameworks, and Flows.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model and governor limits.
• Experience with Git and deployment tools (Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working with Product Owners and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable solutions on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, LWC, triggers, and asynchronous processing (Batch, Queueable, Scheduled).
• Configure and extend FSC data model (Person Accounts, Financial Accounts, Households, Relationship Groups).
• Build and support integrations with core banking and third‑party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
• Partner with Product Owner to refine requirements, estimate work, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with developers, admins, QA, and architects within an Agile team, including sprint ceremonies and code reviews.
• Write clean, well‑documented code and follow CI/CD and version control best practices.
• Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to technical and business stakeholders.
