Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Salesforce Software Developer to administer, configure, develop, test, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and integrated enterprise apps for Customer Experience operations.

The role partners with analysts, administrators, owners, QA, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that improve processes and efficiency. Strong development, admin skills, and mentoring are needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, including 2+ years with Service Cloud.
• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, and REST APIs.
• Experience delivering SDLC in Agile/Scrum environments and integrating Salesforce with enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and related apps for CX operations.
• Lead complex Salesforce enhancements using declarative configuration and custom development (Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs).
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and ensure security and architectural standards.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems via REST and middleware.
• Plan and execute testing (unit, integration, regression, UAT) and drive production deployments.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to platform architecture and standards.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI-enabled capabilities and reusable components.
