Job summary

UKG is seeking a Senior Salesforce Software Developer to administer, configure, and extend Salesforce Service Cloud and connected enterprise applications. You will work with Business Systems Analysts, QA, and product teams to deliver scalable, high-quality CX improvements.

Ideal candidates have strong Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL/SOSL, REST API skills and a history of delivering integrated solutions. You will participate across the SDLC, mentor teammates, and drive automation and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development, including 2+ years with Service Cloud.
Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Platform Events, REST APIs.
Experience supporting SDLC in Agile/Scrum environments.
Experience with Salesforce integrations.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Salesforce Service Cloud and related apps.
Lead complex Salesforce enhancements with declarative config and custom development.
Collaborate with analysts, architects, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
Provide technical leadership during design reviews and planning.
Develop and support Salesforce integrations using REST APIs and middleware.
Plan and execute testing, including unit, integration, regression, and UAT.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and production deployments.
Mentor junior developers and improve development standards.
Identify automation opportunities and AI-enabled workflows.
