Job summary

Empower is seeking a Sr Engineer Salesforce to design, build, and deliver scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions that drive sales enablement and growth for Relationship Managers across B2B channels. You’ll own data models, lead lifecycle, and end-to-end automation, partnering with Marketing Cloud and external data sources.

You will contribute to agent-based AI capabilities, sales analytics, and distributed marketing integrations while aligning with Empower’s security, governance, and dev-ops

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience, including 3+ years with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Deep Sales Cloud expertise across Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Campaigns, Opportunities, Activities, and forecasting
• Hands-on Salesforce engineering skills with Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, APIs, and testing
• Experience implementing or supporting Salesforce Distributed Marketing and Marketing Cloud Engagement
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and continuous learning mindset

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Sales Cloud solutions from development to production
• Own core sales data model, Lead lifecycle, and data load processes
• Create Sales Cloud prospecting journeys, cadences, and automated follow-ups
• Build seller enablement capabilities, dashboards, and pipeline insights
• Integrate Sales Cloud with Marketing Cloud Engagement and external data sources
