Leadout Capital is seeking an Access & AI Enablement Engineer to design and deliver software solutions on the Salesforce platform, weaving AI into daily workflows. You will automate repetitive tasks and reduce operational overhead while mentoring teammates in AI-first approaches.

The role requires deep Salesforce experience (declarative and technical) and a proven record of using automation to streamline enterprise processes.

Formación

• Must hold Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certs and Platform App Builder.
• Proven experience with Salesforce in large-scale enterprise settings.
• Experience designing and delivering AI-enabled automation on the Salesforce platform.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and deliver software solutions on the Salesforce platform with code/solution reviews and testing.
• Apply AI tools and automation to streamline repetitive processes and reduce overhead.
• Upskill teammates on AI-first approaches and best practices.
• Own the full outcome of your work, including AI-generated outputs, with growing scope.
