Job summary

Healthie in New York is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer for Customer Operations to own the engineering behind our customer lifecycle in Salesforce. You’ll write Apex, build Flows and LWC, design custom objects, and establish API integrations that translate billing, usage, and activity into clear signals for Customer teams.

You’ll work hands-on in a startup-style cadence, reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, and partnering with leadership across Customer Management, Support,

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in Salesforce development or RevOps engineering.
• Hands-on with Apex, SOQL, triggers, Flows, and LWC.
• Experience with REST, Bulk APIs, webhooks, and Stripe integration.
• Familiarity with sandboxes, Git, CI/CD and deployment processes.
• Strong understanding of Customer Success workflows and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop native Salesforce lifecycle for onboarding, health, renewals, and churn.
• Build integrations and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Lead Vitally to Salesforce migration and data mapping.
• Create AI-ready, scalable architectures with documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Product, and Engineering.
