Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency with Apex, Flow, LWC, and Salesforce declarative automation.
• Strong enthusiasm for AI-driven development and hands-on experimentation with AI tools.
• Familiarity with Quote-to-Cash processes and subscription-based revenue models.
• Experience with modern billing platforms is a plus (Orb, Metronome, Chargebee).
• 1+ year of Python experience is a plus; Salesforce certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote AI-driven automation across the platform via Einstein, Agentforce and LLM-assisted workflows.
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, LWC and declarative tools.
• Contribute to CI/CD modernization, including AI-assisted code reviews and test automation.
• Support and improve billing and Quote-to-Cash workflows with product and finance teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA, and architects during sprint planning and reviews.
• Ensure test coverage and lead knowledge sharing to junior engineers.
