Nava Public Benefit Corp is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring secure integrations with enterprise systems. You will guide architecture, governance, and DevOps practices while leading a team of engineers in a remote-friendly setup.

Applicants should bring 10+ years in Salesforce design, Apex/LWC/Flows expertise, and experience with CI/CD, REST/SOAP, Mulesoft and cloud infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC and Flows.
• REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, ETL, event-driven architectures.
• CI/CD tooling experience (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, SF DX).
• Experience with cloud infra (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Security governance and scalable design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead scalable Salesforce design and implementation efforts.
• Oversee integration with enterprise systems and data flows.
• Define best practices for development, deployment, and automation.
• Mentor engineers and participate in agile delivery and on-call rotation.
