Initiate Government Solutions seeks a Salesforce Platform Architect to support a federal client in a fully remote role. You will design scalable Salesforce architectures and lead technical design sessions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of Salesforce experience, strong APIs and MuleSoft expertise, and proven leadership to drive enterprise transformations while aligning with government standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 8+ years of Salesforce architecture, development, and implementation.
• Strong Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud and APIs.
• Experience leading enterprise Salesforce deployments.
• Ability to obtain Government Public Trust.
• Remote work eligibility for United States.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce architectures aligned with program requirements.
• Lead technical design sessions and provide architectural guidance across Salesforce platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business transformation.
• Define and enforce Salesforce development standards and governance policies.
• Evaluate integration patterns and middleware solutions.
• Oversee data modeling, security architecture, and platform performance optimization.
• Mentor and lead development teams.
• Communicate architectural decisions to stakeholders.
