Tria Federal seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across orgs, working with analysts and architects to drive innovation on the Salesforce platform.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of Salesforce experience, expertise in Apex, LWC, and integrations, and familiarity with Copado, APIs, and MuleSoft. Public trust clearance is required for many roles and the team collaborates across on-site Arlington/Baltimore offices and remote opportunities.

Qualifications

8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, integrations, and large-scale implementations.
Experience with Copado or similar DevOps tools.
Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming).
Experience with middleware integrations (MuleSoft preferred).

Responsibilities

Architect and develop scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple orgs.
Lead development of complex features using Apex, LWC, and integrations.
Own CI/CD processes using Copado, including pipeline design and optimization.
Perform code reviews and enforce design patterns and best practices.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using MuleSoft or APIs.
Configure and manage static code analysis of Salesforce code (e.g., Checkmarx, Snyk) and remediation of bugs.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership.
Collaborate with architects on enterprise-level design decisions.
