Job summary

Decisive-Point-Consulting is seeking a Salesforce Developer to build and maintain Salesforce solutions within a Center of Innovation. You will handle enhancements, defects, and deployments across development, testing, and production environments.

You will work with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, REST/SOAP, and platform events, focusing on secure, scalable integrations and quality code. Remote within the United States with occasional on-site support may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government background check.

Responsibilities

• Take enhancement requests from analysis through design, build, test and deployment.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative configuration.
• Maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and platform events.
• Move work through Git-based CI/CD pipelines and ensure release readiness.
