Job summary

Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to build and optimize Salesforce solutions within an agile team. You will collaborate with partners, architects, and engineers to design scalable solutions and improve release processes.

Qualifications

7+ years of development experience with 2+ years in Salesforce
Bachelor’s or post-primary degree in a Technology-related subject area
Salesforce Platform Developer I (required) and 2 and Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
Experience with DevOps and Jenkins CI/CD model is a plus
Expertise building Salesforce.com solutions using low code (Flows) and pro code (Apex & Lightning Web Components)
Strong communication and customer-centric mindset
Analytical, engineering, problem solving and organizational skills
Publishes clear and concise design documentation
Participates in reviews of architecture, design, and code
Willingness to learn additional skills as required for business needs
Agile team contribution and flexibility beyond primary role
