Job summary

Fidelity Investments seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to join a fast-paced technology team supporting FI Distribution Solutions. You will translate business needs into scalable Salesforce-based solutions, manage backlogs, and guide cross-functional delivery in an agile environment.

You will partner with stakeholders to refine requirements, lead refinement sessions, and influence architecture discussions while driving improvements across the client servicing platform.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years as a System Analyst for complex technology solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with requirements analysis, backlog management, and Agile delivery.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Clouds is preferred.
• Ability to translate complex problems into scalable, well-structured solutions.
• Strong facilitation and cross-team influence; proficient in JIRA/Confluence.
• Proficient SQL data analysis and understanding of data models; system architecture awareness.
• Experience leading refinement sessions, acceptance criteria, and ATDD.

Responsibilities

• Lead collaboration with stakeholders to gather and refine complex requirements.
• Translate needs into well-defined user stories with business value and criteria.
• Partner with Product Managers to shape backlogs and support planning.
• Facilitate refinement sessions and ensure readiness using ATDD principles.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across initiatives.
• Support architectural and design discussions with engineering teams.
• Drive process and client-experience improvements; participate in end-to-end testing.
