Fidelity Investments is seeking a Senior Email Developer to advance our email marketing programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will build and deploy emails, automate journeys, and optimize dynamic content across devices.

You will lead projects, collaborate with multiple teams, and help onboard new email capabilities while maintaining precise documentation and high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced front-end HTML/CSS coding for email campaigns.
• Experience building emails, automations, and journeys in SFMC.
• Strong knowledge of ESP platforms and email deliverability best practices.
• Ability to handle complex dynamic content and cross-client rendering issues.
• Experience with release management and production installs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to lead without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Build, edit, and deploy emails and email journeys in SFMC.
• Code logic branching using SFMC Content Builder and AMPscript.
• Collaborate with tech teams to onboard new email capabilities in SFMC.
• Lead cross-organizational email projects as SME for email channel.
• Document processes and troubleshoot issues in real time.
