Job summary

BankUnited is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and nCino. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Administrators, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality capabilities enterprise-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and Salesforce APIs.
• Builds, supports, and maintains integrations between Salesforce, nCino, and other enterprise applications.
• Develops scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Participates in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborates with Product Owners and Business Analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Performs unit testing, code reviews, deployment validation, and regression testing.
• Troubleshoots and resolves production incidents, defects, and performance issues.
• Creates and maintains technical documentation, including solution designs, data models, and integration specifications.
• Follows CI/CD, source control, release management, and coding best practices.
• Partners with the Salesforce/nCino delivery team to reduce technical debt and improve platform scalability and reusability.
