Job summary

BankUnited seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions supporting business objectives and enterprise strategies. You’ll work with Product Owners, Analysts, and Architects to deliver capabilities across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and nCino.

You will participate in Agile ceremonies, ensure security and architecture alignment, and drive platform improvements while reducing technical debt.

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and security model.
Git-based source control experience.
Experience with scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Responsibilities

Designs, develops, and maintains Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, and APIs.
Builds and maintains integrations between Salesforce, nCino, and other enterprise apps.
Develops scalable, secure, high-performing solutions aligned with architecture standards.
Participates in Agile ceremonies and collaborates with stakeholders to translate requirements.
Performs unit testing, code reviews, deployment validation, and regression testing.
Troubleshoots production incidents, defects, and performance issues.
