Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and REST/SOAP integrations.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, enforce security models, participate in code reviews, support CI/CD deployments, and maintain technical documentation, focusing on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Qualifications

StrongExperience with Salesforce CRM platform.
Apex Programming.
Visualforce.
SOQL & SOSL.
Flows and Process Automation.
Experience with Salesforce APIs and Integrations.
Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Understanding of Salesforce data models and security architecture.
Experience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar CI/CD tools.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations.
Implement Salesforce security models, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
Support deployment activities using CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps processes.
Create technical documentation and maintain development standards.
