Job summary

Toyota Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer (Salesforce) to lead cloud-native transformations across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

You will design scalable Salesforce architectures, implement robust business logic with Apex and Lightning Web Components, and guide teams through OmniScripts, Integrations, and deployments. This role is based in Plano, TX, offering growth and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years hands-on experience across Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex development (triggers, classes, asynchronous processing)
• Strong Lightning Web Components development for modern UI
• Deep configuration/automation with Flows, validation rules, dashboards
• Experience with OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and API integrations
• Familiarity with Copado for Salesforce deployments and CI/CD practices
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator and Platform Developer I/II or Service Cloud Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions to improve agent productivity
• Develop custom business logic and UI components using Apex and LWC
• Build OmniScripts and Integration Procedures to streamline processes and data flow
• Collaborate with product, UX, QA, and architecture teams to translate needs into scalable solutions
• Provide technical leadership through code reviews, documentation, and mentorship
