Mission in Motion seeks a Sr Salesforce Developer to lead Salesforce and cloud projects for our diverse client base. You will design, configure, and develop within the Salesforce platform, mentor teammates, and collaborate with product owners to deliver value.

The role emphasizes client-first delivery, proactive problem solving, and hands-on work with Lightning, Visualforce, Apex, plus AWS and Java experience to build scalable, maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional Salesforce Development experience.
• Strong OO programming experience across platforms.
• Salesforce certifications (Lightning/Visualforce/Apex) helpful.
• Experience with AWS and Java.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with Agile software development processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop Salesforce solutions to meet client requirements.
• Lead daily support and maintenance of Salesforce environments.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to deliver digital transformations.
• Develop maintainable, scalable code and conduct unit testing.
• Provide production support and guide project implementations.
