Mercedes-Benz USA seeks a Salesforce Specialist to manage Service/Sales Cloud development, data architecture, and security-compliant solutions across IT and Marketing teams. You will administer SFDC elements, craft Apex code, and integrate REST/SOAP with third-party apps while supporting business partners and MBUSA platforms.

The role requires hands-on SFDC experience, Java AWS microservices support, and strong collaboration across departments to drive CRM initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (accredited school) with emphasis in:
Computer/Information Science
Information Technology - MIS

Responsibilities

Manage design, production, and maintenance of database architecture for secure data flow into/out of Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud.
Develop and implement technical solutions aligning with enterprise goals across IT/ marketing teams.
Maintain and support Java-based microservices on AWS, including API enhancements and troubleshooting.
Provide day-to-day support to business partners and teams to resolve technical issues.
Analyze existing solutions and propose improvements for performance and usability.
Function as Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud Administrator and oversee Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud responsibilities.
Offer technical options to meet business goals and guide resolution of complex issues.
Support security/compliance by applying practices, participating in audits, and remediation actions.
