Job summary

Mercedes-Benz USA seeks an experienced Salesforce technical lead to manage development, deployment, maintenance and strategy for Service/Sales Cloud. You will design data flows, build Apex code, and integrate REST/SOAP with external apps while supporting business partners in a highly technical environment.

You will maintain Java microservices on AWS, advise on security, and oversee Marketing/Data Cloud administration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/MIS or related field.
Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud knowledge desired; certifications preferred.
Experience with Apex, HTML, CSS and Force.com platform.
Strong SOQL/SOSL skills across multiple objects required.
Experience in Agile environment and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Manage data architecture and secure data flow for Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud.
Develop and implement technical solutions aligning with enterprise goals.
Maintain Java-based microservices on AWS and assist with API changes.
Provide day-to-day partner support and troubleshoot issues.
Lead security compliance and participate in audits for Salesforce solutions.
Serve as Salesforce Administrator for Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
