Job summary

ParetoHealth is seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineer who will design, build, and optimize Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds. You will work with product, operations, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable platform capabilities and ensure governance, security, and performance.

The role emphasizes hands-on development with Apex, LWC, Flows, and API integrations, plus exploring AI-assisted tooling to improve productivity and workflows within Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce implementation, engineering, or platform development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, validation rules, custom objects, permission sets, sharing rules, and Salesforce security models.
• Experience designing Salesforce solutions for complex business processes, not just implementing predefined requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or related Salesforce products.
• Partner with product, operations, sales, service, and engineering stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide architecture and solutioning guidance for Salesforce initiatives, including data model design, automation strategy, integration patterns, security, and platform scalability.
• Develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, APIs, and other platform capabilities.
• Evaluate when to use declarative tools versus custom code, with a focus on maintainability, performance, and long-term platform governance.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and internal or external systems using REST APIs, middleware, event-driven patterns, or other integration approaches.
