Job summary

Gravie in the United States is seeking an AI-forward Senior Salesforce Engineer to design, build, and support mission-critical Salesforce solutions, including OmniStudio, Sales Cloud, and Health Cloud, with APIs and integrations.

You will work with React/TypeScript, participate in on-call rotation, mentor others, and help raise engineering standards while maintaining security and privacy for health data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and agentic tools in daily development.
• Deep Salesforce platform expertise (OmniStudio, Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL).
• Nice to have React and TypeScript experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical decisions for diverse partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions and integrations.
• Develop reusable AI-assisted workflows and test automation.
• Participate in Agile planning and mentor other engineers.
• Manage releases and on-call rotation; respond to incidents.
• Write automated tests and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure security and privacy requirements for healthcare data.
