Job summary

Gravie is seeking an AI-forward Senior Salesforce Engineer to design, build, and support business-critical Salesforce solutions on Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, and OmniStudio. You will work with Apex, LWC, Flow, and SOQL, while leveraging AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development and ensure secure, compliant delivery in a healthcare context.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical decisions, mentor engineers, and help elevate engineering standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years delivering complex, business-critical solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants and agentic tools in daily development.
• Deep Salesforce expertise across OmniStudio, Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL; strong security practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions with appropriate human review and security safeguards.
• Develop reusable AI-assisted workflows and test/review automation.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal apps, data platforms, and third-party systems.
• Deliver new features and support production systems, including on-call rotation.
