Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions that support enterprise operations and improve how business teams work together.

You will translate requirements into secure technical designs, develop integrations with key systems, and help deliver reliable functionality across the full SDLC. The role is remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including Apex, LWC, Flows, and API integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and asynchronous processing.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will focus on building and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that support enterprise operations and improve how business teams work together. You will translate requirements into secure technical designs, develop integrations with key systems, and help deliver reliable functionality across the full SDLC. The position also partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile environment to troubleshoot issues and ensure solutions are built for performance, security, and long-term maintainability.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $113,000 - $188,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions
• Develop integrations to connect Salesforce with enterprise systems
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementations
• Build secure data models and application architectures
• Support full SDLC activities including testing and deployment
• Troubleshoot complex issues across application and integration layers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile delivery model

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, Flows, and API integrations
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and declarative configuration
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and asynchronous processing
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Active federal security clearance (Secret or higher)
