We’re seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our CRM Operations team and play a key role in building the next generation of Salesforce-powered solutions. This role involves working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and a headless B2B Commerce Cloud implementation. If you enjoy building clean, scalable Apex code and bridging systems with precision and creativity, this is an opportunity to help shape a sophisticated, high-impact Salesforce environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Support and extend our headless B2B Commerce Cloud architecture to deliver dynamic product and order data to the web front-end.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems including Business Central, Marketing Cloud, and other platforms using REST APIs and Named Credentials.
  • Design, build, and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Triggers for business automation and integrations.
  • Collaborate with Admins, Analysts, and Business Stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Use Gearset for deployments, version tracking, and release management.
  • Optimize data models, SOQL performance, and system scalability across orgs.
  • Develop unit tests and documentation following best practices for maintainable, metadata‑driven architecture.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3–6 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
  • Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow automation.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP).
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud APIs and automation connectors.
  • Experience working with Gearset or similar DevOps tools.
  • Strong knowledge of REST/Composite APIs, Named Credentials, and authentication flows.
  • Ability to design for maintainability and performance within Salesforce governor limits.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Developer II, B2B Commerce, or MuleSoft certification preferred.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or other middleware integration frameworks.
  • Background in headless commerce, order management, or data synchronization between ERP and CRM.
  • Understanding of CI/CD principles, metadata‑driven frameworks, and test automation.
Why Join Edward Martin
  • Be part of a high‑impact CRM transformation using Salesforce’s most advanced tools.
  • Collaborative and creative team culture with direct ownership of your projects.
