We’re seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our CRM Operations team and play a key role in building the next generation of Salesforce-powered solutions. This role involves working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and a headless B2B Commerce Cloud implementation. What You’ll Do
- Support and extend our headless B2B Commerce Cloud architecture to deliver dynamic product and order data to the web front-end.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems including Business Central, Marketing Cloud, and other platforms using REST APIs and Named Credentials.
- Design, build, and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Triggers for business automation and integrations.
- Collaborate with Admins, Analysts, and Business Stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Use Gearset for deployments, version tracking, and release management.
- Optimize data models, SOQL performance, and system scalability across orgs.
- Develop unit tests and documentation following best practices for maintainable, metadata‑driven architecture.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flow automation.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or similar ERP).
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud APIs and automation connectors.
- Experience working with Gearset or similar DevOps tools.
- Strong knowledge of REST/Composite APIs, Named Credentials, and authentication flows.
- Ability to design for maintainability and performance within Salesforce governor limits.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Developer II, B2B Commerce, or MuleSoft certification preferred.
Bonus Points
- Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform or other middleware integration frameworks.
- Background in headless commerce, order management, or data synchronization between ERP and CRM.
- Understanding of CI/CD principles, metadata‑driven frameworks, and test automation.
