Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT implementation and large-scale project delivery.
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud experience.
• Strong UI/UX appreciation is a plus.
• Experience with security, performance, and compliance.
• Mentoring and leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
• Lead the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud projects with best practices.
