Job summary

Mercedes-Benz USA is seeking an Adv, IT Salesforce Developer to lead design, development, and maintenance of Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud solutions for MBUSA’s business partners in the United States.

You will analyze requirements, implement Apex code, SOQL/SOSL queries, and REST/SOAP integrations, while coordinating with IT and Marketing teams to achieve enterprise goals. This position requires local ATLANTA presence with four days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Information Science or MIS.
• Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud certifications are a plus (Developer I, App Builder).
• 5–7+ years of experience including Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and SFDC Admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy and maintain Salesforce Service/Sales Cloud solutions.
• Create and optimize data models, data flows, and automation for secure data exchange with data partners.
• Maintain Java-based microservices on AWS; enhance APIs and troubleshoot.
• Provide day-to-day support to business partners and teams; coordinate with Support Center and operations.
• Implement security controls and ensure compliance with internal standards.
