Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 4+ years developing within Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 5+ years of experience working with Service Cloud.
• 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Digital Experience Sites.
• 5+ years of experience with GoMeddo Scheduling customization, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience with Conga Composer.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, including LWC.
• Experience with API integrations and SSO implementations.
• Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps for requirements tracking, CI/CD, or release management.
• Exposure to data migration and cloud integration projects.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II and Experience Cloud are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements for projects and align with customer needs.
• Own release cycles to deploy new/updated applications and code.
• Maintain technical responsibility for project environments.
• Create internal development guidelines for the team and ensure adherence.
• Collaborate with other systems for seamless integration across the business.
• Ensure security guidelines are followed throughout the lifecycle.
• Communicate strategic technical concepts to executives.
• Plan training for the development team for smooth Maintenance & Operations.
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
