Job summary

DTS is looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer in Lansing, MI to design and implement customizable Salesforce solutions for the Michigan Enterprise Contact Center. You’ll work with stakeholders to define requirements, lead release cycles, and ensure secure, scalable delivery across CRM components including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of Salesforce development, Apex, Visualforce, LWC/Aura, and integration experience with REST APIs, OAuth, and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience in migrating from Classic to Lightning.
• Experience with Service Cloud and Digital Experience Sites.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements with stakeholders for projects and enhancements.
• Ensure alignment with customer requirements and performance goals.
• Own release cycles and deploy updates to applications.
• Provide technical leadership across project environments and standards.
• Collaborate with other systems for integration across the business.
• Ensure security guidelines are followed throughout the lifecycle.
• Deliver business value by communicating technical concepts to executives.
• Develop training plans for transition to maintenance and operations.
