Job summary

Aroha Technologies is seeking a Salesforce/CRM Tester to join our Lansing-based team in a hybrid role. The candidate will test Salesforce applications, design and maintain test cases in Azure DevOps, and collaborate with developers to ensure quality across modules.

The role requires strong communication skills and experience with Service Cloud, CCaaS testing, and automation. Local candidates within 90 miles of Lansing are preferred.

Qualifications

• Salesforce QA/Testing experience (6+ years).
• Salesforce Service Cloud experience (4+ years).
• Azure DevOps Test Suite experience (4+ years).
• CCaaS testing tools experience preferred (Nice CXone or similar).
• SQL and test automation tools experience preferred.
• Experience with Government/Public Health processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain test plans and test suites in Azure DevOps.
• Create and execute test cases for Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality across modules.
• Define and run regression tests and performance validations.
• Develop automated test scripts and integrate into CI pipelines.
• Ensure security guidelines and QA best practices are followed.
