Qualifications

• Experience with Service Cloud and Digital Experience Sites.

Responsibilities

• Define technical requirements with customers and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
• Own release cycles and deploy updates to applications.
• Ensure solutions meet SOM security guidelines throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers across systems to enable cross‑functional integrations.
• Provide guidance and training to the development team for Maintenance & Operations.
