Job summary

CapTech is seeking a skilled software professional to join our Denver team. You will partner with clients on team-based projects to deliver solutions across the full Software Development Lifecycle, with emphasis on Salesforce/Customer 360, and modern technologies.

You’ll design and implement integrations, data migrations, and custom development while guiding junior developers. We value collaboration, strong communication, and hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across disparate systems.
• Client-ready written and oral communications skills.
• Minimum 4 Years of relevant technical development experience.
• Experience with large internet or client-server systems or full software product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients on team-based projects to deliver solutions across the full Software Development Lifecycle leveraging the Agile Methodology as well as modern technology languages, frameworks, and patterns
• Manage technical scope and client expectations
• Lead technical design sessions and architecting/documenting technical solutions that are aligned with the client’s business objectives
• Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation
• Provide hands-on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues
• Demonstrate technical thought leadership
