We seek a capable consultant to partner with clients on team-based projects, delivering end-to-end solutions across the full software development lifecycle using Agile methodologies.

The role emphasizes leading technical design, delivering Salesforce customizations, integrations, and data migration, while mentoring developers and contributing to thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate across disparate systems.
• Client-ready written and oral communications skills.
• Minimum 2 Years of Salesforce/Customer 360 platform experience.
• Minimum 4 Years of relevant technical development experience.
• Extensive Apex VF Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience.
• Strong background in design/development of large internet or client-server systems or complete software lifecycle exposure.
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming, database design, and the SDLC.
• Knowledge of Integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients on team-based projects to deliver solutions across the full SDLC using Agile and modern technologies.
• Manage technical scope and client expectations.
• Lead technical design sessions and document solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration for Salesforce implementations.
• Provide hands-on expert assistance to developers for technical issues.
• Demonstrate technical thought leadership.
