We emphasize hands-on design, architectural leadership, and delivery of Salesforce implementations, data migrations, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and optimizing business processes across disparate systems
• Client-ready written and oral communications
• Minimum 2 Years of Salesforce/Customer 360 platform experience
• Minimum 4 Years of relevant technical development experience
• Strong background in design/development of large internet or client‑server systems or complete software product lifecycle exposure
• Good knowledge of object‑oriented programming, database designing, and the SDLC
• Extensive experience in VB, COM, COM+, MSMQ, VB.NET, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, XML, XSL, Web services and SOAP, SQL Server, Oracle
• Knowledge of Integrations, 3rd party integration tools, ETL with Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients on team-based projects to deliver solutions across the full SDLC using Agile and modern tech
• Manage technical scope and client expectations
• Lead technical design sessions and architect solutions aligned with business objectives
• Manage delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration in Salesforce implementations
• Provide hands‑on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues
• Demonstrate technical thought leadership
