Job summary

ICF is seeking a Salesforce Developer and Release Management Specialist for the Salesforce Digital Transformation Center (DTC) to manage deployments, CI/CD, and incident response across multi-org environments. You will engage with federal stakeholders and ensure governance and security standards are followed.

The role requires hands-on Salesforce coding, platform administration, and collaboration with government teams in a client-facing capacity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Salesforce Developer with declarative and programmatic development (Apex, LWC, YAML).
• Experience with Mulesoft and pipeline management.
• 3+ years deploying and administering CI/CD pipelines with GitHub.
• Active Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications.
• US Citizenship or Green Card required.
• Ability to obtain federal public trust clearance.
• Residence in the United States for EST work hours (8am–6pm).
• Occasional after-hours support; 24x7 on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new DTC customer project teams onto the platform.
• Conduct design reviews with tenant teams to ensure best practices and security standards.
• Perform deployments and production releases using GitHub and GitActions.
• Handle O&M cases requiring advanced admin skills (SSO, certificate rotation, domain management).
• Support Incident Response activities per SLAs and participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Engage in daily client status calls, team standups, and governance meetings.
• Write policy and procedure documentation and manage the DTC Governance Library.
