Job summary

ICF International is seeking a strong Salesforce developer and Release Management Specialist for its Salesforce Digital Transformation Center (DTC). The role supports a multi-org Salesforce environment, CI/CD processes, incident response, and governance documentation for federal agency stakeholders.

You will lead design/code reviews, deploy releases using GitHub and GitActions, and contribute to platform security standards while engaging with tenant teams and executives to improve DTC operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as Salesforce Developer with declarative and programmatic development.
• Experience deploying CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce and GitHub.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new DTC customer project teams onto the platform.
• Conduct design reviews for best practices and security standards.
• Perform deployments and releases using GitHub and GitActions.
• Handle incident response and participate in 24x7 on-call rotation.
• Write governance and policy documentation for the DTC.
