Job summary

ICF Olson seeks a Salesforce developer and Release Management Specialist to support a multi-org Salesforce environment for a federal program. The role drives design reviews, CI/CD deployments, incident response, and governance for platform services.

You will engage with government stakeholders and ensure security standards are maintained. The candidate will work in a client-facing capacity, leveraging Salesforce tools plus Docusign, OwnBackup, and Tableau while supporting platform service growth

Qualifications

• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, YAML and Salesforce development.
• Hands-on CI/CD deployments for Salesforce using GitHub and related tooling.
• Requires Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding of new DTC customer project teams onto the platform.
• Perform deployments and production releases using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Support Incident Response activities and participate in 24x7 on-call rotations.
• Develop policy and governance documentation for the DTC Governance Library.
