HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Specialist - Salesforce to lead administration, development, customization, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Field Service Lightning.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce Administration, Apex Development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform configuration, with a passion for delivering scalable and high-quality business solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Salesforce including user management, security, profiles, and data governance.
• Hands-on Apex development with Triggers and Classes and asynchronous processing.
• Proficient in Lightning Experience and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance.
• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Classes, and Web Services.
• Build and customize Lightning Experience applications and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure and optimize Salesforce Flows, automation, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Specialist - Salesforce to lead the administration, development, customization, and optimization of Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Field Service Lightning. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce Administration, Apex Development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform configuration, with a passion for delivering scalable and high-quality business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring stability, security, and optimal performance.
• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Classes, and Web Services.
• Build and customize Lightning Experience applications and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience.
• Configure and optimize Salesforce Flows, automation, workflows, validation rules, and security settings.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce configurations, integrations, and data management.
• Design and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Participate in deployment activities, release management, and environment strategy.
• Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements and recommend best practices and process improvements.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in Salesforce Administration, including user management, security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data management.
• Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Apex Development, including Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, and asynchronous processing.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Proficiency in Salesforce Flows and advanced platform configuration.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of Salesforce deployment methodologies, DevOps, and release management processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
