Job summary

Old Dominion Freight Line is hiring a Salesforce Developer II to design world-class Salesforce applications and deliver scalable data visualizations with Tableau.

You will work with Business Analysts, develop Apex, Lightning Components, and integrate Salesforce with internal systems while supporting Tableau Server deployments. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Salesforce development are required; compensation ranges from $109,098 to $136,372.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Experience writing Apex classes and triggers.
• Experience developing dashboards with Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or software engineering preferred.
• Platform Developer II Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate into Salesforce solutions.
• Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications.
• Develop Apex classes and triggers, and Lightning Components.
• Assist in estimation and scheduling with project leadership.
• Deploy updates to applications and code with releases.
• Develop integrations from Salesforce to internal/third‑party services.
• Test and troubleshoot the application.
• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Support Tableau Server/Cloud deployments.
