Job summary

CapTech Consulting is seeking a technically strong consultant to partner with clients on team-based projects across the full SDLC, leveraging Agile methodologies and modern technology stacks. You will lead technical design sessions and architect solutions aligned with clients' business objectives, and drive the delivery of Salesforce integrations and data migrations.

The role requires hands-on guidance to developers, strong client communications, and the ability to demonstrate thought leadership

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients on team-based projects to deliver solutions across the full Software Development Lifecycle leveraging Agile methodologies
• Lead technical design sessions and architecting/documenting technical solutions aligned with client objectives
• Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of Salesforce implementations
• Provide hands-on expert level assistance to developers for technical issues
• Demonstrate technical thought leadership
